Dominique Silvera has been appointed by real estate developers LCH Developments Limited as of December 2022, as Marketing and Sales Leader for a major new luxury residential district on a peninsula overlooking Montego Bay in Jamaica.

Dominique, a Jamaican national, is the highly experienced principal of Barbados Luxury Listings and the Christies International Real Estate Affiliate for Barbados. As she explained, since moving from Jamaica to Barbados in 2012:

“I have specialised in the luxury real estate market. When the opportunity came for me to steward the brand development, marketing, and sales for The Pinnacle, in Montego Bay, I was both excited and honoured to be able to contribute to such an iconic and truly exceptional new project and most importantly, come home and contribute to my beloved Jamaica”.

Dominique joined The Pinnacle team at the beginning of the story, and she now prides herself with naming the development, and assisting in assembling the world class team that has brought the project from design and development stage to a brand that is raising the bar on real estate marketing in Jamaica.

She continues:

Dominique’s sales team will ultimately be based on the site itself overlooking the Marine Park. The Pinnacle is due to launch in January 2024 and includes apartments, villas and penthouses with a private club and spa, alongside sports amenities, boutique shopping and a small marina.
