Visualising the Dream – Creating a Visual Language for The Pinnacle
LCH Developments, the group behind the vision for a unique residential lifestyle at The Pinnacle, appointed international design and marketing agency Socrates to create the brand and supporting material for the estate. Inspired by the beautiful marine sanctuary adjacent to The Pinnacle and the evening flight of the birds home to one of the sanctuary’s islands, Socrates commissioned illustrator Mariana Rodrigues to produce a piece of work that reflected the spirit of the wildlife, trees and flowers to act as the central motif for The Pinnacle.
The illustration has subsequently been used in multiple formats through the literature that has been designed for the launch of the project in 2024. Socrates also spent many days filming and photographing the area with Peruvian photographer and filmmaker Andres Reynaga and his team. This work forms part of the content on the website and illustrates the rich and varied lifestyle that Montego Bay and indeed, Jamaica, offers – a world of constant surprise and joy.
Andrew Derrick, Creative Director at Socrates, explained: “The Pinnacle is a genuinely unique opportunity in Jamaica to live in exquisite apartments in exceptional architecture with world-class amenities surrounded by glorious landscape, and looked after by a highly motivated and high calibre team. It has been a privilege and profoundly engaging to hopefully create material that does justice to the vision of the directors of LCH Developments and design work of Isiaa Madden and her colleagues at HQ Design. This will be a very, very special place to live and enjoy”.
The project is expected to launch in early 2024 and prospective purchasers will then be able to explore the undoubted delights of The Pinnacle through brochures and the website, and enjoy the illustrations of Mariana Rodrigues.
